At the beginning of the week on Monday, August 3, 2020, there is a Full Moon in Aquarius.
Did you know that the days of the week coincide with the cosmos as well? In fact, Monday is the day of the Moon so this is very fitting!
You’ll probably be more tapped into your feelings with the Moon’s influence, but especially your feelings on trying to help the collective with Aquarius being present.
You’re more inclined to look past personal needs and gains and think about others. Aquarius is all about community and rooting for the underdog.

Full Moon energies encourage us to release what’s no longer serving us.
There may be something that you’re holding onto that will suddenly feel much easier to let go of in the beginning of the week.
It might happen quickly and unexpectedly since Aquarius is a lightning-fast thinker, so you might just have this revelation out of nowhere.
The Full Moon is also in square aspect to Uranus which is interesting because Uranus is the planetary ruler for Aquarius.
Everything mentioned above will still hold it’s truth. But... people may come off a bit more standoffish or detached from their emotions.

Mercury in Leo 
On Tuesday, August 4, 2020, Mercury will move into Leo. This gives us all the confidence to truly speak our minds and roar courageously like a lion!
If you haven’t noticed, the energy has moved considerably faster than it has recently (thanks to Mercury Retrograde in Cancer). Mercury in Leo brings your communication up to speed in this fiery sign, giving you enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude!
You’ll find yourself wanting to express creative ideas and become the true leader of your own life.
Just be sure not to do too much exclaiming as there is also a Mars-Jupiter square that warns us to be cautious about expanding on our actions too quickly.
The best thing to do during this beautiful week is practice staying grounded so that you don’t get easily sucked into ideas that are larger than life.
This is especially important for fire signs that are used to manifesting very quickly -- yes, I’m talking to you Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius!

I recently learned something incredibly fascinating that I want to share with you.
It all started when I met Crystal Aryana at a conference last year. Crystal has extensively studied the connections between Astrology and Tarot and is considered an expert in this area.
And we had a really interesting discussion about how deeply connected they are!
Crystal explained to me that every card in the tarot deck is related to astrology and that each of the zodiac signs is linked to a specific tarot card from the Major Arcana.

- The Ram (March 20 - April 19) is connected to The Emperor card which represents stability, power, reason, control, and will.
- The Bull (April 20 - May 20) is connected to The Hierophant card which symbolizes manifestation, intuition, and divine wisdom.
- The Twins (May 21 - June 20) are linked to The Lovers card which stands for intelligence, attraction, beauty, a childlike nature, and overcoming trials.
- The Crab (June 21 - July 21) is connected to The Chariot card which expresses success, health, and victory over conflicts in life.
- The Lion (July 22 - August 22) is connected to the Strength card which typifies courage and power over every life aspect - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
- The Maiden (August 23 - September 22) is tied to The Hermit card demonstrating a need to take life at a slower pace and dedicate time to pursuing your life’s purpose.
- The Scales (September 23 - October 22) are represented by the Justice card which expresses balance and a great concern for making fair decisions.
- The Scorpion (October 23 - November 21) is connected to the Death card and welcomes transformation and deep change.
- The Archer (November 22 - December 20) is connected to the Temperance card which shows a need to combine forces and make decisions after carefully planning one’s course of action.
- The Sea-Goat (December 21 - January 19) is associated with The Devil card which is linked to enchantment, charm, and success in the material world.
- The Water-Bearer (January 20 - February 17) is linked to The Star card which focuses on inspiring people around you to be optimistic and believe in infinite possibilities.
- The Fish (February 18 - March 19) is represented by The Moon card which expresses voluntary change, illusion, deception, and danger.
My mind was blown! It was amazing to talk with her about how deep and powerful these connections between Tarot and Astrology actually are!

A Busy Week Ahead
With the ever-changing times surrounding us, you might start to feel like you’re in a bit of a fog.
